Background
Connectim built its reputation in the world of Executive Search, helping technology companies and growing organizations identify and recruit senior leaders. Over the years, the company expanded its services to include leadership development, organizational consulting, executive workshops, and growth-focused programs. While the business evolved and delivered far greater value, the brand no longer reflected what Connectim had become.
The Challenge
The challenge was not to create another recruitment brand or simply launch a new website. The challenge was to create clarity.
Connectim offered a broad range of services, from Executive Search and leadership development to organizational consulting and executive workshops. While each service delivered value on its own, many clients perceived them as separate activities. We needed to uncover the idea that connected every part of the business and build a clear brand story around it—one that would differentiate Connectim in a crowded market of recruitment, consulting, and leadership development firms.
The goal was to shift the conversation away from positions and placements and toward people and their development. To move Connectim from being perceived primarily as a recruitment company to being recognized as a partner in growth.
The Solution
During the process, we identified a single idea that connected every aspect of Connectim’s work: growth. Growth of people, growth of leaders, growth of teams, and growth of organizations. This insight became the foundation of the new brand and the strategic lens through which the entire system was built.
To express this idea, we developed a new brand strategy and visual language inspired by the natural world. Rather than relying on the familiar visual codes of recruitment and consulting firms, we created a distinctive identity system built around organic textures, layered compositions, and nature-inspired backgrounds that subtly communicate growth and development. The result is a brand that feels intelligent, human, and authentic while standing apart from others in the category.
The project included the design of a new logo, a complete visual identity system, stationery, notebooks, marketing materials, social media assets, and branded communication tools. Alongside the brand, we designed and developed a new bilingual website that presents Connectim’s services as part of one cohesive story centered on people, leadership, and growth.
As part of the project, we also created a dedicated visual language for the company’s LEGO® Serious Play® activities, including the design of an exhibition booth and supporting brand touchpoints, while maintaining a strong connection to the overall brand ecosystem.
The result is a distinctive and flexible brand that unites a diverse range of services under one clear idea and positions Connectim as a trusted growth partner for people, leaders, and organizations navigating their next stage of development.
