Connectim began its journey in the world of Executive Search, building a strong reputation for identifying and recruiting senior leaders for technology companies and growing organizations. Over the years, the company expanded its services far beyond recruitment, adding leadership development, organizational consulting, executive workshops, and growth-focused programs.
As the business evolved, the brand remained rooted in its past. While Connectim had become deeply involved in helping organizations develop leaders, strengthen teams, and navigate growth, many still perceived it primarily as a recruitment firm.
A gap had emerged between what the company had become and how it was understood in the market.
The Challenge
The challenge was not to design a new logo or launch a new website.
The challenge was to create clarity.
Over the years, Connectim had developed a wide range of services. Each offering was valuable on its own, yet the bigger picture was becoming harder to see. Some clients knew the company through Executive Search. Others through leadership development, organizational consulting, or executive workshops.
The question that guided the project was simple:
What truly connects everything Connectim does?
Before building a new visual identity, we needed to uncover the core value the company delivers across every engagement. Only then could we create a brand, a story, and a digital presence that accurately reflected who Connectim had become.
The Solution
Throughout the process, we explored every part of the business, from Executive Search and leadership development to consulting programs and executive workshops.
The deeper we went, the clearer the pattern became.

That was the breakthrough moment.
We realized that Connectim was not defined by recruitment, consulting, or training as separate disciplines. At its core, Connectim is about organizational growth through the people who lead it.
This insight became the foundation of the new brand and the strategic lens through which the entire system was built.
From there, we developed a new brand strategy and a complete visual identity designed to move away from the familiar language of recruitment and consulting firms. Rather than focusing on positions, hierarchies, and corporate structures, we created a brand world centered on growth, development, and transformation.
The visual language drew inspiration from nature. Organic textures, layered compositions, and natural patterns were used to express the way real growth happens — gradually, continuously, and over time.
Based on this idea, we built a comprehensive brand system that included a new logo, a complete visual identity, stationery, notebooks, marketing materials, digital assets, social media templates, and communication tools that created consistency across every touchpoint.
Alongside the brand, we designed and developed a new bilingual website that presents all of Connectim’s services as part of one connected story. Rather than showcasing separate offerings, the website communicates a unified approach that connects Executive Search, leadership development, organizational consulting, and business growth.
As part of the project, we also developed a dedicated visual language for Connectim’s LEGO® Serious Play® activities, including exhibition booth design and additional branded touchpoints, while maintaining a strong connection to the overall brand ecosystem.
The Result
Connectim gained far more than a new visual identity.
It gained clarity.
What began as a branding project became a process of defining the company’s true role in the lives of its clients. For the first time, all areas of the business were united under one clear idea and expressed through one cohesive brand story.
Today, the brand, website, visual language, and communication assets all tell the same story: growth. Growth of people. Growth of leaders. Growth of teams. And ultimately, growth of organizations.
