Especially in this war, we were able to see the female power with such tremendous and exciting power! From the battlefield, a huge contribution to the community by maintaining the home cell in such an exemplary and sane way.

The many stories about women who were in various challenging situations during wartime – from leading fighters on the battlefields to seclusion in shelters with their children to providing medical care to the wounded, as well as volunteering in emergency organizations were full of inspiration.

Women today are breaking barriers in every field, including technology, cyber, and HLS. Despite progress, challenges remain, such as achieving gender equality in leadership roles and dismantling long-standing biases. The journey towards a truly inclusive and equal workplace continues, and every step forward is a victory worth celebrating.
