Despite its technical expertise, Zemach Tech’s brand identity lacked alignment with its parent company, AY Group, and didn’t fully convey its advanced capabilities or its unique position in the market. There was a need for a cohesive rebranding effort that would create synergy between the two brands, while maintaining Zemach Tech’s distinctiveness as an innovative and independent leader in the EMS field.

We rebranded Zemach Tech to align its visual and strategic identity with AY Group, ensuring a unified brand presence across both entities. The color palette was updated to reflect the parent company’s trusted blues, while incorporating modern, innovative elements that highlight Zemach Tech’s advanced technological capabilities.
A unique logo was designed, featuring a symbol crafted from the company’s initials, inspired by the components they manufacture. The updated branding was seamlessly applied across all touchpoints, including stationery, PowerPoint templates, and a sleek, user-friendly website that communicates both the company’s connection to AY Group and its own independent expertise.
To reinforce the new brand identity, we extended the rebranding into the company’s physical spaces, incorporating mission statements, values, and vision into the design of the offices and factory. This strategic alignment created a cohesive brand experience that reflects Zemach Tech’s technical leadership while strengthening its connection to AY Group’s legacy of excellence.
