Background
Havero HaTov is a company driven by a deep human mission to create meaningful connections between people and respond to emotional and social needs in a world that is becoming increasingly distant. The company operates through a unique therapeutic and facilitation approach using dogs, as part of the broader field of animal assisted therapy. Dogs serve as a natural bridge for openness, trust, and interpersonal communication, enabling emotional processes in a simple and experiential way.
Challenge
The main challenge was to translate a unique therapeutic and facilitation approach into a clear and precise brand language. As part of a brand strategy and storytelling process, the goal was to define a distinct message while avoiding a superficial perception of “activities with dogs,” and instead present a method with real professional depth. In addition, we needed to clarify their workshops and processes so they would be understandable, memorable, and relevant to different audiences, while building a brand identity that balances emotional depth with marketing clarity.
Solution
The process began with a strategic deep dive and brand storytelling, defining the core essence and unique value of the company. From there, we developed a complete brand language and a clear brand identity that combine human sensitivity with precision and simplicity. This language was implemented across logo design, visual identity, company materials, a one pager, and a company profile, and extended into the design and development of a corporate website with a strong focus on user experience and message clarity. The result is a cohesive brand system that communicates the approach, workshops, and processes in a clear and compelling way, creating immediate connection and trust across every touchpoint.
